Yogurt Bark

Superfood Yogurt Bark - PREBIOTIC SuperShot

   Ingredients

        • 1 Bottle of Sol-ti PREBIOTIC SuperShot

        • 2 Cups Coconut Yogurt

        • 2 TBSPs Maple Syrup

        • 3 TBSPs Goji Berries

        • 2 TBSPs Pistachios

        • 3 TBSPs Coconut Chips

        • ⅓ Cup Fresh Blackberries

        • 1-2 tsp Pitaya Powder (optional)

  Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture:

        • In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut yogurt 

and maple syrup. Stir until well combined. Add the 

pitaya powder if using.


Add SuperShot:

        • Pour the PREBIOTIC SuperShot into the 

yogurt mixture. Stir until the SuperShot is evenly 

distributed throughout the yogurt.


Assemble the Bark:

        • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

        • Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment 

paper, spreading it out evenly with a spatula to form 

rectangular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.


Add Toppings:

        • Sprinkle the goji berries, pistachios, coconut 

chips, and fresh blackberries evenly over the yogurt 

mixture, pressing them lightly into the surface.


Freeze:

        • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and 

freeze for at least 2 hours or until the yogurt bark is 

firm and completely frozen.


Break into Pieces:

        • Once frozen, remove the yogurt bark from 

the freezer and break it into smaller pieces using your 

hands or a knife.


Serve and Enjoy:

        • Serve the Superfood Yogurt Bark immediately 

as a refreshing snack or dessert. Store any leftovers

in an airtight container in the freezer for future 

enjoyment.
