   Ingredients

        • ½ Cup Raw Coconut Oil

        • ¼ Cup Pure Maple Syrup

        • 1 Cup Cacao Powder

        • 1 TBSP Cold Water

        • 1 Bag of Sol-ti Coconut Cashew SuperMix

  Instructions

1. Begin by combining the coconut oil and pure maple

syrup. Mix well until the two ingredients are thoroughly

incorporated.

2. Gradually sift the cacao powder into the wet ingredients.

Stir continuously to avoid lumps and ensure a smooth

chocolatey mixture.

3. Add the cold water to the chocolate mixture. This helps

achieve a desirable consistency for shaping the truffles.

4. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30

minutes or until it becomes firm enough to handle.

5. Once the mixture has chilled, use your hands to scoop

and roll small portions into bite-sized truffles. You can also

use a spoon or a melon baller for uniform shapes.

6. Use a heavy ladle or rolling pin to crush the SuperMix in

the bag. Add the SuperMix to a shallow dish. Roll the truffles

on the SuperMix until they are completely coated.

7. Place the shaped truffles back in the refrigerator for

another 30 minutes to set completely.

8. Once chilled, Serve.

Enjoy!
