Chickpea Hummus

Raw Vegan Sprouted Chickpea Hummus - Master Cleanse SuperAde

   Ingredients

        • 2 ½ Cups Sprouted Chickpeas

        • ¼ Cup Tahini

        • ¼ Cup Pine Nut Butter

        • ½ Bottle of Sol-ti Master Cleanse SuperAde

        • 2 tsps Cumin

        • 2 TBSPs Avocado Oil

        • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

        • ½ tsp Onion Powder

        • 1 tsp Sea Salt

        • Optional Toppings: Red Pepper Flakes, Cayenne Pepper, Pine Nuts, Lemon Zest, and Avocado Oil

  Instructions

Prepare the Sprouted Chickpeas:

     • Ensure your sprouted chickpeas are thoroughly rinsed and drained.


Blend the Hummus:

     • In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the sprouted chickpeas, tahini, pine nut butter, and Master Cleanse SuperAde.

     • Add the cumin, avocado oil, garlic powder, and onion powder.

     • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more Master Cleanse SuperAde or water, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.


Adjust Seasoning:

     • Taste the hummus and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add more salt, cumin, or garlic powder to suit your taste.


Serve:

     • Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl.

     • Drizzle with a little avocado oil and sprinkle with your choice of optional toppings such as red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, pine nuts, and lemon zest.


Enjoy:

     • Serve the hummus with fresh vegetables, raw crackers, or as a spread in raw wraps and sandwiches.
