Sol-ti Immunity Boosting

Mango Smoothie Bowl​ 

Boost your smoothie bowl with a Sol-ti IMMUNI-C SuperShot!

   Ingredients

       • 1 Sol-ti IMMUNI-C SuperShot™

       • 2 cups frozen mango

       • 1 cup frozen pineapple

       • 1 frozen banana

       • Maple syrup to taste​

       • 1-2 cups fresh coconut water​

       • Fresh fruit and raw nuts for topping; if desired​

  Instructions

1. In a blender, add frozen mango, frozen pineapple,

frozen banana, IMMUNI-C SuperShot, coconut water, and maple syrup

to desired taste.​


2. Start with less coconut water at first and add more as

needed to control the desired thickness. Blend everything

until completely smooth.​


3. Add to a bowl & top with fresh fruit, raw nuts, etc.

We chose to top ours with fresh blueberries, raspberries,

and raw pecans.​
