Coconut Popsicles

Dragon Fruit Coconut Popsicles - PREBIOTIC SuperShot

   Ingredients

        • 1 ½ Cups Coconut Cream

        • 2 Cups Frozen Dragon Fruit

        • ½ tsp Vanilla Bean Powder

        • ½ Cup Pure Maple Syrup

        • 2 Bottles of Sol-ti PREBIOTIC SuperShot

  Instructions

1. Blend the Ingredients:

        • In a high-speed blender, combine 

the coconut cream, frozen dragon fruit, 

vanilla bean powder, pure maple syrup, 

and 2 PREBIOTIC SuperShots.

        • Blend until the mixture is smooth 

and creamy, ensuring all ingredients are 

well incorporated.


2. Fill the Popsicle Molds:

        • Pour the blended mixture into 

popsicle molds, filling each mold almost 

to the top. Tap the molds gently on the 

counter to remove any air bubbles.

        • Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.


3. Freeze the Popsicles:

        • Place the molds in the freezer and 

freeze for at least 4 hours or until 

completely solid.


4. Unmold the Popsicles:

        • To remove the popsicles from the 

molds, run the molds under warm water 

for a few seconds to loosen them.


5. Serve:

        • Enjoy immediately or store the 

popsicles in an airtight container in the 

freezer for up to a week.

        • Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.

3. Freeze the Popsicles:
        • Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for
