1. Prepare the Salad:
• Arugula: Wash and dry the arugula, then place it in a large salad bowl.
• Cucumber: Slice the cucumber into thin rounds or half-moons.
• Avocado: Dice the avocado into bite-sized pieces.
• Cauliflower: Chop the cauliflower into small florets.
• Carrots: Julienne or shred the carrots.
• Sprouts: Rinse the sprouts and set aside.
2. Combine the Salad:
• Add the sliced cucumber, diced avocado, cauliflower florets, and julienned carrots to the bowl with the arugula.

4. Dress the Salad:
• Pour the dressing over the salad.
