Superfood Salad

Boost your Salad!

   Ingredients

        • 1 avocado

        • 1 broccoli crown

        • 6 cups spring mix

        • 2 bell peppers

        • 1 english cucumber

        • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

        • ½ cup radishes

        • 2 cups sprouts of choice

        • ¼ cup chopped parsley

        • 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds

        • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

        • ⅓ cup raw cashew butter

        • 1 TURMERIC SuperShot

        • 2 tbsp maple syrup

        • Black pepper

  Instructions

1. Begin by chopping the vegetables. Cut the broccoli into bite sized

pieces, the bell peppers into strips, the radishes and cucumber into

slices, the cherry tomatoes in half, and the avocado into horizontal slices.


2. Add the vegetables and seeds to a large bowl with the spring mix.

Add the TURMERIC SuperShot, raw cashew butter, and maple syrup

together in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.


3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss.


Serve and enjoy!
