Sol-ti TURMERIC Gazpacho

Boost Your Gazpacho with Sol-ti TURMERIC SuperShot!

   Ingredients

       • 3 pints yellow cherry tomatoes

       • 1 cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped​​ ⁠

       • 4 stalks of celery, chopped

       • 2 bottles of Sol-ti TURMERIC SuperShot

       • Himalayan or Sea salt to taste​​

       • 1 tbsp cumin seeds

       • 1 tbsp coriander seeds 

  Garnish

       • Cilantro

       • Almonds

       • Chili powder

  Method

1. Add all ingredients, except the garnish ingredients, to a

   blender and blend until smooth.


2. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into bowls.


3. Place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.


4. Top with garnishes and serve chilled.
