GINGER Smoothie

Tropical GINGER Smoothie - GINGER SuperShot

Boost Your Smoothie with GINGER SuperShot!
Serves 2

   Ingredients

        • 2 Cups Frozen Pineapple

        • 1 Cup Frozen Kiwi

        • 1 Cup Frozen Mango

        • 1 Banana

        • 1 Bottle of Sol-ti GINGER SuperShot

        • 1-2 tsp Greens Powder of Choice

        • 2 Cups Coconut Water

  Instructions

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

        • Ensure all frozen fruits (pineapple, kiwi, 

and mango) are ready to use. Peel and slice 

the banana if not already done.


2. Combine in Blender:

        • Add the frozen pineapple, frozen kiwi, 

frozen mango, and banana to a high-speed 

blender.


3. Add Liquid and Supplements:

        • Pour in the GINGER SuperShot.

        • Add 1-2 teaspoons of your preferred 

greens powder.

        • Pour in the 2 cups of coconut water.


4. Blend Smooth:

        • Blend on high until all ingredients are 

smooth and well combined. If necessary, stop 

and scrape down the sides of the blender to 

ensure everything is incorporated.


5. Adjust Consistency:

        • If the smoothie is too thick, you can 

add more coconut water or another liquid  

of your choice to achieve the desired 

consistency. Blend again until smooth.


6. Serve:

        • Pour the smoothie into two glasses.

        • Optionally, garnish with a slice of kiwi or

pineapple for a decorative touch.


7. Enjoy:

        • Serve immediately and enjoy your 

refreshing and nutritious Ginger Smoothie!
