Teriyaki Bowl

Raw Vegan Teriyaki Bowl - SUPERBOOST SuperShot

   Ingredients

        • 1 Cauliflower

        • 1 8oz Container Mushrooms of choice

        • 1 Bell Pepper

        • 1 Broccoli Crown

        • 1 Handful Snow Peas

        • 1 Pineapple

        • 1 Bottle of Sol-ti SUPERBOOST SuperShot

        • 1-2 TBSPs Coconut Aminos

        • 1 TBSP Maple Syrup

        • Sesame Seeds

        • Red Pepper Flakes

        • Lime Juice

  Instructions

Prepare the Cauliflower Rice:

         • Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse them in a food processor until they resemble rice grains. 


Prepare the Vegetables:

         • Slice the mushrooms, bell pepper, and broccoli crown into thin strips or bite-sized pieces. 

         • Remove the stems from the snow peas and slice them diagonally. 

         • Cut the pineapple in half and scoop out the inside into bite-sized chunks


Make the Teriyaki Sauce:

        • In a small bowl, whisk together the SUPERBOOST SuperShot, coconut aminos, maple syrup and a squeeze of lime juice. Adjust the sweetness and tanginess to taste.


Assemble the Bowls:

        • Divide the cauliflower rice among serving bowls.

       • Arrange the sliced mushrooms, bell pepper, broccoli, snow peas, and pineapple on top of the cauliflower rice.


Drizzle with Teriyaki Sauce:

       • Drizzle the prepared teriyaki sauce over thevegetables in each bowl.


Garnish and Serve:

       • Drizzle the prepared teriyaki sauce over thevegetables in each bowl.Garnish and Serve: 

       • Sprinkle sesame seeds and red pepper flakesover the bowls for added flavorand spice. 

      • Squeeze a little extra lime juice over the topif desired.

      • Serve the Raw Vegan Teriyaki Bowls immediately, and enjoy!
