1. In a food processor, combine hemp seeds, shredded
coconut, almond flour, sea salt, and vanilla bean powder.
Pulse until the mixture has a fine, crumbly texture.
2. Add the pitted dates, fresh raspberries, and IMMUNI-TI
SuperShot to the food processor. Blend until the mixture
comes together and forms a sticky dough.
3. With clean, slightly damp hands, scoop out small
portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized
balls. Place them on a plate or tray lined with
parchment paper.
4. Add the raspberry powder to a shallow dish or plate
and roll the balls until they are completely covered.
5. Place the bliss balls in the refrigerator for at least 30
minutes to allow them to firm up.
6. Once chilled, your Raspberry Bliss Balls are ready to
be enjoyed as a healthy snack or dessert. Store any
leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
