Chia Pudding

POSITIVI-TI Chia Pudding - POSITIVI-TI SuperShot

   Ingredients

        • 1 ½ Cups Fresh Coconut Milk

        • ⅓ Cup Chia Seeds

        • 2-3 TBSPs Maple Syrup

        • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

        • 1 Bottle of Sol-ti POSITIVI-TI SuperShot

        • ⅓ Cup Frozen Blueberries

        • ½ Cup Coconut Yogurt

  Instructions

Mix Chia Seeds with Coconut Milk:

        • In a mixing bowl or jar, combine the fresh coconut

milk and chia seeds. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are

evenly distributed throughout the milk.


Add Sweetener and Flavorings:

        • Stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract to

sweeten and flavor the chia pudding. Adjust the amount

of maple syrup to your taste preference.

        • Refrigerate Overnight:

                 ■ Cover the mixing bowl or jar with a lid or

plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the

chia pudding to chill and thicken over night, or for at

least 4 hours.


Make Blueberry Layer:

        • In a small blender combine the frozen blueberries

and POSITIVI-TI SuperShot together and blend until a

jam-like texture is achieved. Place in the fridge separate

from the chia seed pudding.


Serve and Enjoy:

        • Once the chia pudding has been set, remove it

from the refrigerator. Stir well to redistribute the chia

seeds, and then portion the pudding into serving bowls or

jars, filling them up halfway. Once halfway full, add the

blueberry layer and then top with more of the chia seed

pudding.

        • Garnish with fresh coconut yogurt and any

additional toppings if desired, such as fresh berries or

shredded coconut.

        • Serve the POSITIVI-TI Chia Pudding chilled and

enjoy a delightful, nutritious breakfast or snack filled
