Sol-ti GINGER 

Crunch Salad

Serves: 1 large bowl or 2 small bowls:

   Ingredients

    For The Salad:

        • 1 Head Romaine

        • ½ Purple Cabbage

        • 1 English Cucumber

        • 1 Cup Sweet Bell Peppers

        • 1 Cup Snap Peas

        • ⅓ Cup Chopped Cilantro

        • ⅔ Cup Bean Sprouts

        • ¼ Cup Crushed Peanuts

    

    For The Dressing:

        • ½ Cup Natural Almond Butter

        • 1 Bottle of Sol-ti GINGER SuperShot

        • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

        • 1 TBSP Coconut Aminos

        • 1 TBSP Maple Syrup


  Instructions

1. Begin by roughly chopping the romaine and cabbage. Add to a large bowl. 


2. Cut the cucumber into half moons and the bell peppers into slices. Add to the bowl along with snap peas. 


3. Add the cilantro, sprouts, and crushed peanuts. 


4. Make the dressing by combining all dressing ingredients together and whisking until smooth. 


5. Pour over the salad.


Serve and enjoy!
