Pecan Salad

   Ingredients

       • 1 Bunch Green Kale, Chopped Thin

       • 1 Head Fennel, Sliced Thin

       • ¼ Cup Raw Pecans

       • ¼ Cup Pomegranate Seeds

       • Fennel Fronds For Garnish

       • 1 Bottle of Sol-ti TURMERIC SuperShot

       • ¼ Cup Olive Oil

       • 2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

       • ¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

       • ¼ Cup Maple Syrup

       • 1 Tbsp Pink Himalayan Salt

       • ¼ Cup Stone-ground Mustard

  Method

1. In a mason jar, add the TURMERIC SuperShot, olive oil, lemon juice,

apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Himalayan salt, and stone-ground

mustard.


2. Seal with a lid and shake well until emulsified.


3. Combine the dressing and kale together, massaging it for a minute.


4. Set it in the fridge while you prep the other ingredients.


5. When ready to serve, plate the kale and garnish with sliced fennel,

pecans, pormegranate seeds, and fennel frands.
