Sol-ti TURMERIC Superfood Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Broccoli Crown
  • 6 Cups Spring Mix
  • 2 Bell Peppers
  • 1 English Cucumber
  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • ½ Cup Radishes
  • 2 Cups Sprouts of Choice
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Parsley
  • 3 TBSP Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 TBSP Hemp Seeds
  • ⅓ Cup Raw Cashew Butter
  • 1 Bottle of Sol-ti TURMERIC SuperShot®
  • 2 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Vegetables and Dressing

  • Begin by chopping the vegetables. Cut the broccoli into bite sized pieces, the bell peppers into strips, the radishes and cucumber into slices, the cherry tomatoes in half, and the avocado into horizontal slices.
  • Add the vegetables and seeds to a large bowl with the spring mix. Add the TURMERIC SuperShot®, raw cashew butter, and maple syrup together in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.

2. Dress and Toss the Salad

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss.
