Ingredients
- 1 Crown Broccoli
- 2 Carrots, Shredded
- 1 Handful Spinach
- 2 Cups Fresh Coconut Milk
- 1 Bottle of Sol-ti TURMERIC SuperShot®
- 2 TBSP Curry Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 TBSP Tahini
Instructions
1. Prepare the Vegetables and Sauce
- Begin by chopping the broccoli into small pieces. Peel the carrot into noodles.
- In a large bowl, combine the coconut milk, tahini, TURMERIC SuperShot®, curry powder, and black pepper together. Mix until smooth.
2. Combine and Marinate
- Add the broccoli, carrots, and spinach. Place in the fridge overnight to allow the ingredients to absorb the flavors.
