Sol-ti TURMERIC Living Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 Crown Broccoli
  • 2 Carrots, Shredded
  • 1 Handful Spinach
  • 2 Cups Fresh Coconut Milk
  • 1 Bottle of Sol-ti TURMERIC SuperShot®
  • 2 TBSP Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 TBSP Tahini

Instructions

1. Prepare the Vegetables and Sauce

  • Begin by chopping the broccoli into small pieces. Peel the carrot into noodles.
  • In a large bowl, combine the coconut milk, tahini, TURMERIC SuperShot®, curry powder, and black pepper together. Mix until smooth.

2. Combine and Marinate

  • Add the broccoli, carrots, and spinach. Place in the fridge overnight to allow the ingredients to absorb the flavors.
