Sol-ti Turmeric Kale Salad

Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • 2 Bunches Curly Kale, Destemmed and Chopped
  • 1 Apple, Thinly Sliced
  • ½ Cup Pomegranate Arils
  • ⅓ Cup Pumpkin Seeds

For the Dressing:

For Massaging the Kale:

  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Kale

  • Add the chopped kale to a large bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and massage the leaves for 1–2 minutes until softened and dark green.

2. Make the Dressing

  • In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the TURMERIC SuperShot®, remaining ¼ cup olive oil, and maple syrup until smooth.

3. Assemble the Salad

  • Add the sliced apple, pomegranate arils, and pumpkin seeds to the massaged kale.

4. Dress the Salad

  • Pour the turmeric dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.

5. Serve

  • Enjoy immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes to allow the flavors to deepen.
