Ingredients
- 3 pints yellow cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped
- 4 stalks of celery, chopped
- 2 bottles of Sol-ti TURMERIC SuperShot®
- Himalayan or Sea salt to taste
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- Cilantro
- Almonds
- Chili powder
Instructions
1. Blend ingredients
- Add all ingredients, except the garnish ingredients Cilantro, Almonds and Chili powder, to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer into bowls.
- Place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
2. Serve
- Top with garnishes and serve chilled.
