Sol-ti TURMERIC Gazpacho

Ingredients

  • 3 pints yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped​​ ⁠
  • 4 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 2 bottles of Sol-ti TURMERIC SuperShot®
  • Himalayan or Sea salt to taste​​
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • Cilantro
  • Almonds
  • Chili powder

Instructions

1. Blend ingredients

  • Add all ingredients, except the garnish ingredients Cilantro, Almonds and Chili powder, to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Strain through a fine mesh strainer into bowls.
  • Place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.

2. Serve

  • Top with garnishes and serve chilled.
