Ingredients
- 3 Cups Fresh Hearts of Palm
- 2 Avocados
- 5 Roma Tomatoes
- ½ Red Onion
- ⅓ Cup Cilantro
- 1 Bottle of Sol-ti SUPERBOOST™ SuperShot®
- 1 Lemon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
- Slice the hearts of palm into bite-sized pieces.
- Dice the avocados and roma tomatoes.
- Finely chop the red onion.
- Chop the cilantro.
2. Combine Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the hearts of palm, diced avocados, roma tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
3. Add the Dressing:
- Pour the SUPERBOOST™ SuperShot® over the mixture.
- Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the ingredients.
4. Mix the Ceviche:
- Gently toss all the ingredients together until they are well combined and evenly coated with the dressing.
5. Chill (Optional):
- For a more refreshing experience, you can refrigerate the ceviche for about 15-30 minutes before serving.
6. Serve:
- Divide the ceviche into four servings.
- Optionally, garnish with extra cilantro or a slice of lemon.
7. Enjoy:
