Sol-ti Tropical Golden Sorbet

Ingredients

• 1 Cup Frozen Mango
• 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple
• 1 Cup Frozen Papaya
• 1 Bottle of Sol-ti TURMERIC SuperShot®
• 3 TBSPs Maple Syrup
• Freeze-dried Raspberries to top (optional)

Instructions

Step 1

  • Ensure that the mango, pineapple, and papaya are frozen beforehand. Spread the fruit on a tray and freeze for a few hours or overnight.

Step 2

  • In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the frozen mango, pineapple, papaya, TURMERIC SuperShot®, and maple syrup.

Step 3

  • Blend the mixture on high speed until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.

Step 4

  • For a firmer texture, place the sorbet in the freezer for 1-2 hours. If you prefer a softer consistency, serve immediately.

Step 5

  • Scoop out the tropical golden sorbet, garnish with additional freeze-dried raspberries if desired, and savor the refreshing flavors of this vibrant and healthy treat!
