Ingredients
- 2 Cups Frozen Pineapple
- 1 Cup Frozen Kiwi
- 1 Cup Frozen Mango
- 1 Banana
- 1 Bottle of Sol-ti GINGER SuperShot®
- 1-2 tsp Greens Powder of Choice
- 2 Cups Coconut Water
Instructions
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
- Ensure all frozen fruits (pineapple, kiwi, and mango) are ready to use. Peel and slice the banana if not already done.
2. Combine in Blender:
- Add the frozen pineapple, frozen kiwi, frozen mango, and banana to a high-speed blender.
3. Add Liquid and Supplements:
- Pour in the GINGER SuperShot®.
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of your preferred greens powder.
- Pour in the 2 cups of coconut water.
4. Blend Smooth:
- Blend on high until all ingredients are smooth and well combined. If necessary, stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is incorporated.
5. Adjust Consistency:
- If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more coconut water or another liquid of your choice to achieve the desired consistency. Blend again until smooth.
6. Serve:
- Pour the smoothie into two glasses.
- Optionally, garnish with a slice of kiwi or pineapple for a decorative touch.
7. Enjoy:
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing and nutritious Ginger Smoothie!
