Sol-ti SUPERBOOST Kale Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Bunches of Kale
  • 3-5 Persian Cucumbers
  • ½ Cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • ⅓ Cup Sprouts
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 TBSPs Hemp Seeds

For the dressing:

Instructions

1. Prepare the Kale:

  • Massage the chopped kale with a pinch of sea salt for about 2-3 minutes until it softens and becomes vibrant green.

2. Prepare the Dressing:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the SUPERBOOST™ SuperShot®, raw cashew butter, sea salt, and garlic powder until smooth and creamy.

3. Assemble the Salad:

  • In a large bowl, combine the massaged kale with the sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, sprouts, avocado, and hemp seeds.

4. Dress the Salad:

  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to evenly coat the ingredients.

5. Serve:
