- 2 Bunches of Kale
- 3-5 Persian Cucumbers
- ½ Cup Cherry Tomatoes
- ⅓ Cup Sprouts
- 1 Avocado

Instructions
1. Prepare the Kale:
- Massage the chopped kale with a pinch of sea salt for about 2-3 minutes until it softens and becomes vibrant green.
2. Prepare the Dressing:

3. Assemble the Salad:
- In a large bowl, combine the massaged kale with the sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, sprouts, avocado, and hemp seeds.
