Sol-ti SUPERBOOST Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • ⅓ Cup Chia Seeds
  • 2 Bottle of Sol-ti SUPERBOOST™ SuperShot®
  • 1 ½ Cups Fresh Coconut Milk
  • ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Orange (Juiced)
  • Tropical Fruits to Serve

Instructions

1. Mix the Base:

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the SUPERBOOST™ SuperShot®, coconut milk, maple syrup, and orange juice until fully combined

2. Add Chia Seeds:

  • Stir in the chia seeds, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

3. Refrigerate:

  • Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until the mixture thickens into a pudding-like consistency.

4. Serve:

  • Spoon the chia pudding into bowls or glasses and top with your favorite tropical fruits for a vibrant and nutritious treat.
