- 2 Bottle of Sol-ti SUPERBOOST™ SuperShot®
- 1 ½ Cups Fresh Coconut Milk
- ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 Orange (Juiced)
- Tropical Fruits to Serve
Instructions
1. Mix the Base:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the SUPERBOOST™ SuperShot®, coconut milk, maple syrup, and orange juice until fully combined
2. Add Chia Seeds:
- Stir in the chia seeds, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
3. Refrigerate:
- Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until the mixture thickens into a pudding-like consistency.
4. Serve:
- Spoon the chia pudding into bowls or glasses and top with your favorite tropical fruits for a vibrant and nutritious treat.
