Sol-ti Strawberry Mango Sorbet

This sorbet is a refreshing, feel-good way to stay hydrated and replenish electrolytes through whole, living ingredients. Frozen strawberries and mango deliver vitamin C, natural sugars, and antioxidants — offering easily digestible energy and immune support in every bite.

Sol-ti Strawberry Lemon SuperStix® ties it all together with organic electrolytes and cold-pressed lemon, supporting immunity and electrolyte balance at the cellular level. Coconut water and maple syrup add a light mineral boost and gentle sweetness — the result is a vibrant frozen treat that supports hydration, energy, and vitality from the inside out.


Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 2 Cups Frozen Mango
  • 2 Stix of Sol-ti Strawberry Lemon SuperStix®
  • 1½ TBSPs Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2–3 TBSPs Coconut Water

Instructions

1. Ingredients preparation

  • Add the frozen strawberries and mango to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  • Pour in the Strawberry Lemon SuperStix®, maple syrup, and 2 tablespoons of coconut water.

2. Blending

  • Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Add an extra tablespoon of coconut water if needed to help it blend.

3. Serving and freezing

  • Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer to a container and freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer sorbet.
