Sol-ti Strawberries And Cream Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Thick Coconut Yogurt
  • 2 Bottles of Sol-ti ENERGY+™ SuperShot®
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Bean Powder
  • 3 TBSPs Maple Syrup
  • 2 Cups Fresh Strawberries (diced)

Instructions

1. Blend the Base

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the thick coconut yogurt, ENERGY+™ SuperShot®, vanilla bean powder, and maple syrup until smooth.

2. Prepare the Strawberries

  • Dice the fresh strawberries into small pieces.

3. Assemble the Popsicles

  • Divide the diced strawberries evenly among popsicle molds.
  • Pour the coconut yogurt mixture over the strawberries, filling each mold.
  • Use a skewer or spoon to gently swirl the mixture for a marbled effect.

4. Freeze

  • Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully set.

5. Enjoy!

  • Run the popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds to easily release them.
  • Serve and enjoy this refreshing, creamy treat!
