Sol-ti Sprouted Hummus Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 Head Romaine Lettuce
  • ½ Cup Sprouted Hummus
  • 2 Cups Sprouts
  • 1 Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
  • 6–8 Radishes, thinly sliced

For the Infused Cucumber:

Instructions

1. Marinate the Cucumber

  • Thinly slice the cucumber and place in a bowl. Pour the Sol-ti SUPERBOOST SuperShot over the cucumber and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 10–15 minutes while you prepare the rest.

2. Prepare the Vegetables

  • Separate and wash the romaine lettuce leaves, then pat dry.
  • Slice the bell pepper and radishes.

3. Assemble the Wraps

  • Spread a spoonful of sprouted hummus onto each romaine leaf.
  • Top with sprouts, bell pepper, radishes, and the infused cucumber.

4. Fold and Serve

  • Fold like a wrap and enjoy immediately.
