Ingredients
- 1 Head Romaine Lettuce
- ½ Cup Sprouted Hummus
- 2 Cups Sprouts
- 1 Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
- 6–8 Radishes, thinly sliced
For the Infused Cucumber:
Instructions
1. Marinate the Cucumber
- Thinly slice the cucumber and place in a bowl. Pour the Sol-ti SUPERBOOST SuperShot over the cucumber and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 10–15 minutes while you prepare the rest.
2. Prepare the Vegetables
- Separate and wash the romaine lettuce leaves, then pat dry.
- Slice the bell pepper and radishes.
3. Assemble the Wraps
- Spread a spoonful of sprouted hummus onto each romaine leaf.
- Top with sprouts, bell pepper, radishes, and the infused cucumber.
4. Fold and Serve
- Fold like a wrap and enjoy immediately.
