Ingredients
- 10-12 Persian Cucumbers
- 1 Bottle of Sol-ti GINGER SuperShot®
- 2 TBSPs Coconut Aminos
- 1 TBSP Maple Syrup
- ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- ½ tsp Dried Garlic Flakes
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Cucumbers
- Wash the Persian cucumbers thoroughly
- Using chopsticks as a guide, carefully cut the cucumbers in a spiral noodle pattern by making diagonal slits on one side, then flipping and cutting straight slits on the other side.
2. Make the Dressing
- In a small bowl, whisk together the GINGER SuperShot®, coconut aminos, maple syrup, red pepper flakes, dried garlic flakes, and sesame oil.
3. Assemble the Salad
- Place the spiral-cut cucumbers in a large bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss gently to coat.
4. Garnish & Serve
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the salad for added texture.
- Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to absorb the flavors before serving.
