Sol-ti Raw Vegan Fruit Crisps

Ingredients

For the Fruit Layer:

  • 2 Cups Frozen Raspberries Thawed Out
  • 1 Bottle of IMMUNI-TI® SuperShot®
  • 1 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • 1 Cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 Cup Fresh Blackberries
  • 2 Cups Fresh Blueberries

For the Raw Crisp Layer:

  • ½ Cup Shredded Coconut
  • ½ Cup Almonds
  • ½ Cup Soft Medjool Dates
  • Pinch of Salt
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Bean Powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Berry Base

  • In a pie dish (or any round semi deep dish), combine the thawed raspberries, IMMUNI-TI® SuperShot®, and maple syrup. Smash the raspberries with a fork and stir the mixture until everything is evenly combined.

2. Add Fresh Berries

  • Add in the fresh berries and mix.

3. Make the Crumble and Chill

  • Combine all crisp ingredients together in a food processor and blend until it resembles a crumble. As soon as the ingredients resemble a crumble stop processing. If the ingredients are processed for too long, they will form a solid ball instead of a crumble.
  • Sprinkle the crumble on top of the berry mixture and place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
