Sol-ti Raw Vegan Apple Crisps

Ingredients

For the apples:

  • 2 Sweet Apples
  • ½ Bottle of Sol-ti GINGER SuperShot®
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 TBSP Pure Maple Syrup

For the crumble:

  • ½ Cup Shredded Coconut
  • ½ Cup Almonds
  • ½ Cup Soft Medjool Dates
  • Pinch of Salt
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Bean Powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Apples:

  • In a bowl, mix the GINGER SuperShot®, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Toss the diced apples in this mixture until well-coated. Set aside.

2. Make the Crumble:

  • In a food processor, add shredded coconut, almonds, dates, salt, and vanilla bean powder. Pulse until you have a crumbly mixture that sticks together slightly when pressed.

3. Assemble:

Arrange the apple slices on a plate or serving tray and sprinkle the crumble mixture on top. Press lightly to ensure it adheres.

4. Serve:

Enjoy immediately as a fresh, raw snack, or refrigerate for a bit for a chilled treat.
