Ingredients
- ⅓ Cup Hemp Seeds
- ½ Cup Shredded Coconut
- 10-12 Medjool Dates
- 1 Bottle of Sol-ti IMMUNI-TI® SuperShot®
- ½ Cup Fresh Raspberries
- 1 ½ Cups Almond Flour
- ¼ tsp Sea Salt
- ½ tsp Vanilla Bean Powder
- 1 Cup Raspberry Powder
Instructions
Step 1
- In a food processor, combine hemp seeds, shredded coconut, almond flour, sea salt, and vanilla bean powder. Pulse until the mixture has a fine, crumbly texture.
Step 2
- Add the pitted dates, fresh raspberries, and IMMUNI-TI® SuperShot® to the food processor. Blend until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky dough.
Step 3
- With clean, slightly damp hands, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls. Place them on a plate or tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
- Add the raspberry powder to a shallow dish or plate and roll the balls until they are completely covered.
Step 5
- Place the bliss balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
Step 6
- Once chilled, your Raspberry Bliss Balls are ready to be enjoyed as a healthy snack or dessert. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
