Sol-ti Raspberry Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • ⅓ Cup Hemp Seeds
  • ½ Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 10-12 Medjool Dates
  • 1 Bottle of Sol-ti IMMUNI-TI® SuperShot®
  • ½ Cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 ½ Cups Almond Flour
  • ¼ tsp Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Bean Powder
  • 1 Cup Raspberry Powder

Instructions

Step 1

  • In a food processor, combine hemp seeds, shredded coconut, almond flour, sea salt, and vanilla bean powder. Pulse until the mixture has a fine, crumbly texture.

Step 2

  • Add the pitted dates, fresh raspberries, and IMMUNI-TI® SuperShot® to the food processor. Blend until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky dough.

Step 3

  • With clean, slightly damp hands, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls. Place them on a plate or tray lined with parchment paper.

Step 4

  • Add the raspberry powder to a shallow dish or plate and roll the balls until they are completely covered.

Step 5

  • Place the bliss balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.

Step 6

  • Once chilled, your Raspberry Bliss Balls are ready to be enjoyed as a healthy snack or dessert. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
