Ingredients
- 2 Cups Sprouted Oats
- ½ Cup Pumpkin Purée
- 1 TBSP Ground Flaxseed
- 2 TBSPs Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- ½ Cup Coconut Yogurt + extra for serving
- 1 Bottle of Sol-ti TURMERIC SuperShot®
- 1 ½ Cups Fresh Coconut Milk
- 2 TBSPs Maple Syrup
- 2 TBSPs Pumpkin Seeds, for garnish
Instructions
1. Mix the dry ingredients
- In a medium bowl or jar, combine the sprouted oats, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
2. Add the wet ingredients
- Stir in the pumpkin purée, coconut yogurt, TURMERIC SuperShot®, fresh coconut milk, and maple syrup until everything is well combined and creamy.
3. Chill overnight
- Cover the bowl or jar and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to thicken.
4. Serve
- Give the oats a good stir, add a splash of milk if needed, and top with extra coconut yogurt and pumpkin seeds before serving.
