Ingredients
• 1 ½ Cups Frozen Mango
• ⅓ Cup Frozen Pineapple
• 1 ½ Cups Frozen Pineapple
• 2 Bottles of Sol-ti SUPERBOOST™ SuperShot®
• ½ Cup Coconut Water
Instructions
1. Prepare Ingredients:
- Ensure all your fruits are frozen beforehand. This helps create a creamy and thick consistency without needing to add ice.
2. Combine Ingredients:
- In a blender, add the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, and frozen pineapple chunks.
3. Add Liquid:
- Pour in the SUPERBOOST™ SuperShot® and coconut water.
4. Blend Until Smooth:
- Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender occasionally to ensure everything gets well incorporated.
5. Adjust Consistency (Optional):
- If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more coconut water to reach your desired consistency. Conversely, if it's too thin, you can add more frozen fruit to thicken it up.
6. Serve:
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately. Optionally, you can garnish it with fresh lemon slices.
