Ingredients
- 2 Cups Fresh Strawberries
- 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1 Cup Fresh Raspberries
- 1 Cup Coconut Yogurt (Divided)
- ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
- 2 Stix of Sol-ti Blueberry Lemon SuperStix®
Instructions
1. Prepare the Berry Mixture:
- In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries with the Blueberry Lemon SuperStix®, half of the coconut yogurt, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
2. Layer the Yogurt and Berry Mix:
- In popsicle molds, alternate layers of the berry mixture and coconut yogurt. You can swirl them together slightly for a marbled effect or keep the layers separate for a more defined look.
3. Freeze:
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer for 4-6 hours or until fully set.
4. Serve:
- Once frozen, run the molds under warm water to easily release the popsicles. Enjoy your refreshing and healthy Mixed Berry Yogurt Pops!
