Sol-ti Lemon Lime Electrolytes Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Coconut Yogurt 
  • 1 Tsp Greens Powder such as Moringa Powder or Matcha Powder
  • 1 Tsp Maple Syrup 
  • ¼ Cup of Sol-ti Lemon Lime SuperAde®

For the raw granola

  • ½ Cup Raw Cashews
  • 5-6 Medjool Dates
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Bean

Instructions

1. Make the Yogurt Layer

  • In a bowl, mix coconut yogurt with greens powder (moringa or matcha), maple syrup, and Lemon Lime SuperAde®.
  • Stir until smooth and well combined.

2. Prepare the Raw Granola

  • In a food processor, blend raw cashews, Medjool dates (pitted), and vanilla bean powder until a crumbly, sticky texture forms.
  • Set aside.

3. Assemble the Parfait

  • In a serving glass or jar, layer the green yogurt mixture with the raw granola.
  • Repeat the layers as desired.

4. Serve & Enjoy

  • Top with fresh lemon or lime zest for an extra citrusy touch.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
