Ingredients
- 1 Cup Coconut Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Greens Powder such as Moringa Powder or Matcha Powder
- 1 Tsp Maple Syrup
- ¼ Cup of Sol-ti Lemon Lime SuperAde®
For the raw granola
- ½ Cup Raw Cashews
- 5-6 Medjool Dates
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Bean
Instructions
1. Make the Yogurt Layer
- In a bowl, mix coconut yogurt with greens powder (moringa or matcha), maple syrup, and Lemon Lime SuperAde®.
- Stir until smooth and well combined.
2. Prepare the Raw Granola
- In a food processor, blend raw cashews, Medjool dates (pitted), and vanilla bean powder until a crumbly, sticky texture forms.
- Set aside.
3. Assemble the Parfait
- In a serving glass or jar, layer the green yogurt mixture with the raw granola.
- Repeat the layers as desired.
4. Serve & Enjoy
- Top with fresh lemon or lime zest for an extra citrusy touch.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
