Sol-ti Lemon Blueberry Sorbet

Instructions

1. Blend Ingredients:

  • In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the frozen blueberries, maple syrup, lemon zest, and Wild Blueberry SuperAde®.
  • Blend on high until smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.

2. Freeze the Sorbet:

  • Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
  • Freeze for 1-2 hours until the sorbet is firm enough to scoop.

3. Serve:

  • Scoop the sorbet into bowls or cones and enjoy immediately!
