Sol-ti Lavender Mint Punch Bowl

1. Mix

  • In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the Lavender Magnesium SuperAde® with maple syrup. Stir until well mixed.

2. Add flavor

  • Lightly muddle the mint sprigs to release their oils, then add them to the punch along with fresh cranberries.

3. Chill

  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors infuse.

4. Serve

  • Pour over ice and garnish with extra mint or cranberries for a refreshing, calming drink.
