Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 3 Fresh Mint Leaves, plus extra for garnish
- 2 tsps Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1 Bottle of Sol-ti GINGER SuperShot®
- 1 Cup Sparkling Water
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
1. Prepare the shaker
- Add the kiwi, mint leaves, maple syrup, lime juice, and GINGER SuperShot® to a cocktail shaker or sturdy glass.
2. Muddle the ingredients
- Muddle until the kiwi is broken down and the mint becomes fragrant.
3. Mix thoroughly
- Fill a serving glass with ice.
- Pour the kiwi and ginger mixture over the ice.
- Top with sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
4. Optional Garnish
- Garnish with additional mint leaves, a kiwi slice, and a lime wedge if desired.
5. Enjoy
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
