Sol-ti Kiwi Ginger Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 3 Fresh Mint Leaves, plus extra for garnish
  • 2 tsps Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1 Bottle of Sol-ti GINGER SuperShot®
  • 1 Cup Sparkling Water
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

1. Prepare the shaker

  • Add the kiwi, mint leaves, maple syrup, lime juice, and GINGER SuperShot® to a cocktail shaker or sturdy glass.

2. Muddle the ingredients

  • Muddle until the kiwi is broken down and the mint becomes fragrant.

3. Mix thoroughly

  • Fill a serving glass with ice.
  • Pour the kiwi and ginger mixture over the ice.
  • Top with sparkling water and gently stir to combine.

4. Optional Garnish

  • Garnish with additional mint leaves, a kiwi slice, and a lime wedge if desired.

5. Enjoy

  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
