Sol-ti Hibiscus Ginger Mocktail

Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Loose Leaf Hibiscus Tea Cold brewed with 4 cups of water
  • 1 Bottle of Sol-ti GINGER SuperShot®
  • 2 TBSPs Maple Syrup
  • 2 Limes (Juiced)

Instructions

1. Cold brew the hibiscus tea:

  • Place ¼ cup of loose-leaf hibiscus tea in a pitcher with 4 cups of cold water.
  • Let it steep in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours or overnight for a vibrant, tangy base.

2. Mix the mocktail:

  • Strain the cold-brewed hibiscus tea into a serving pitcher.
  • Stir in the lime juice and maple syrup, adjusting the sweetness to taste.

3. Assemble:

  • Divide the hibiscus mixture evenly between two glasses filled with ice.

4. Add the ginger kick:

  • Pour half of the GINGER SuperShot® into each glass, creating a flavorful and energizing swirl.

5. Serve and enjoy:

  • Garnish with a lime wedge or hibiscus flower, and serve immediately for a refreshing, healthful drink!
