Sol-ti Golden Beet & Carrot Salad

Ingredients

  • 3-6 Beets (depending on size), Shredded
  • 4 Medium Carrots, Shredded
  • 1 Bottle of Sol-ti SUPERBOOST™ SuperShot®
  • 1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 TBSPs Pure Maple Syrup
  • ¼ Cup Crushed Walnuts

Instructions

1. Preparing the Vegetables

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded beets and carrots.

2. Making the Dressing

  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the SUPERBOOST™ SuperShot®, apple cider vinegar, and pure maple syrup until well mixed.

3. Assembling the Salad

  • Pour the dressing over the shredded beets and carrots, tossing to combine.
  • Top with crushed walnuts and give it one final toss before serving.
  • Serve and enjoy this vibrant, nutrient-packed salad!
