Sol-ti Gingerbread Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Plant Based Milk of choice (Fresh Coconut and Almond are great choices the higher the fat the richer the mocktail)
  • 2 TBSPs Sol-ti GINGER SuperShot®
  • ½ TBSP Molasses
  • 2 TBSPs Maple Syrup
  • ½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend (or Cinnamon)
  • 2 TBSPs Raw Cashew Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract -or ½ tsp Vanilla Bean Powder

Instructions

1. Blend the Ingredients

  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients: plant-based milk, GINGER SuperShot®, molasses, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, raw cashew butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend on high until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and well combined.

2. Serve

  • Pour into chilled glasses or serve over ice for a refreshing, festive twist.
