Ingredients
- 4 Zucchini
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Green Onion
- ⅓ Cup Almond Butter
- 1 Bottle of Sol-ti GINGER SuperShot®
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Instructions
1. Prepare the Zoodles and Vegetables
- Begin by making the zucchini noodles with a vegetable peeler or Spiralizer. Cut the red bell pepper into thin slices. Add to a large bowl.
2. Make the Sauce and Serve
- Combine the almond butter, GINGER SuperShot®, garlic powder, onion powder, and maple syrup together in a small bowl and whisk together until smooth. Pour over the Zoodles and toss.
- Top with sesame seeds and sliced green onions and serve.
