Sol-ti GINGER Zoodles

Ingredients

  • 4 Zucchini
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Onion
  • ⅓ Cup Almond Butter
  • 1 Bottle of Sol-ti GINGER SuperShot®
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare the Zoodles and Vegetables

  • Begin by making the zucchini noodles with a vegetable peeler or Spiralizer. Cut the red bell pepper into thin slices. Add to a large bowl.

2. Make the Sauce and Serve

  • Combine the almond butter, GINGER SuperShot®, garlic powder, onion powder, and maple syrup together in a small bowl and whisk together until smooth. Pour over the Zoodles and toss.
  • Top with sesame seeds and sliced green onions and serve.
