Ingredients
- 1 Bottle of Sol-ti GINGER SuperShot®
- 3 Cups Raw Almond Flour
- 1 ½ Cups Medjool Dates
- ⅓ Cup Coconut Flour
- ¼ Cup Date Sugar
- 1 TBSP Ground Ginger
Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough
- Combine all ingredients except the date sugar and ground ginger together in a food processor. Process until smooth and one large ball forms.
- Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls and set aside.
2. Coat and Store
- Combine the date sugar and ginger powder together in a shallow dish. Roll the balls in the sugar and store in the fridge.
