Sol-ti GINGER Snap Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 Bottle of Sol-ti GINGER SuperShot®
  • 3 Cups Raw Almond Flour
  • 1 ½ Cups Medjool Dates
  • ⅓ Cup Coconut Flour
  • ¼ Cup Date Sugar
  • 1 TBSP Ground Ginger

Instructions

1. Prepare the Dough

  • Combine all ingredients except the date sugar and ground ginger together in a food processor. Process until smooth and one large ball forms.
  • Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls and set aside.

2. Coat and Store

  • Combine the date sugar and ginger powder together in a shallow dish. Roll the balls in the sugar and store in the fridge.
