Sol-ti GINGER Energy Bites

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

  • ⅓ Cup Ground Flaxseed
  • ½ Cup Chia Seeds
  • ⅓ Cup Mulberries
  • 2 Cups Rolled Oats
  • ¼ Cup Goji Berries

Wet Ingredients:

Instructions

1. Combine Dry Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground flaxseed, chia seeds, mulberries, rolled oats, and goji berries. Stir to evenly distribute.

2. Add Wet Ingredients

  • Add the macadamia nut butter, maple syrup, and Sol-ti GINGER SuperShot directly to the bowl.

3. Mix the Dough

  • Mix everything together until fully combined and a thick dough forms.

4. Shape and Chill

  • Roll into bite-sized balls using your hands or a cookie scoop.
  • Place on a lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

5. Store

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy as a quick, energizing snack.
