Ingredients
For The Salad:
- 1 Head Romaine
- ½ Purple Cabbage
- 1 English Cucumber
- 1 Cup Sweet Bell Peppers
- 1 Cup Snap Peas
- ⅓ Cup Chopped Cilantro
- ⅔ Cup Bean Sprouts
- ¼ Cup Peanuts
For The Dressing:
- ½ Cup Natural Almond Butter
- 1 Bottle of Sol-ti GINGER SuperShot®
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 TBSP Coconut Aminos
- 1 TBSP Maple Syrup
Instructions
1. Prepare the Salad
- Begin by roughly chopping the romaine and cabbage. Add to a large bowl.
- Cut the cucumber into half moons and the bell peppers into slices. Add to the bowl along with snap peas.
- Add the cilantro, sprouts, and crushed peanuts.
2. Make and Add the Dressing
- Make the dressing by combining all dressing ingredients together and whisking until smooth.
- Pour over the salad.
