Sol-ti GINGER Crunch Salad

Ingredients

For The Salad:

  • 1 Head Romaine
  • ½ Purple Cabbage
  • 1 English Cucumber
  • 1 Cup Sweet Bell Peppers
  • 1 Cup Snap Peas
  • ⅓ Cup Chopped Cilantro
  • ⅔ Cup Bean Sprouts
  • ¼ Cup Peanuts

For The Dressing:

  • ½ Cup Natural Almond Butter
  • 1 Bottle of Sol-ti GINGER SuperShot®
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 TBSP Coconut Aminos
  • 1 TBSP Maple Syrup

Instructions

1. Prepare the Salad

  • Begin by roughly chopping the romaine and cabbage. Add to a large bowl.
  • Cut the cucumber into half moons and the bell peppers into slices. Add to the bowl along with snap peas.
  • Add the cilantro, sprouts, and crushed peanuts.

2. Make and Add the Dressing

  • Make the dressing by combining all dressing ingredients together and whisking until smooth.
  • Pour over the salad.
