Sol-ti GINGER Buddha Bowl

Ingredients

  • ½ Green Cabbage
  • 1 English Cucumber
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Broccoli Crown
  • 1 Cup Sweet Bell Peppers
  • ½ Cup Sprouts
  • 1 Bottle of Sol-ti GINGER SuperShot®
  • ¼ Cup Sunflower Seed Butter
  • 1 tsp Miso Paste
  • 1 TBSP Pure Maple Syrup

Instructions

1. Prepare the Vegetables

  • Begin by slicing the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and adding to the base of the bowl.
  • Slice the cucumbers into slices, the broccoli into bite-sized pieces, the bell peppers into slices, and the avocado into slices. Add the vegetables to the bowl.

2. Make and Add the Dressing

  • Make the dressing by combining the sunflower seed butter, maple syrup, miso paste, GINGER SuperShot® and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the bowl and serve
