Ingredients
- ½ Green Cabbage
- 1 English Cucumber
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Broccoli Crown
- 1 Cup Sweet Bell Peppers
- ½ Cup Sprouts
- 1 Bottle of Sol-ti GINGER SuperShot®
- ¼ Cup Sunflower Seed Butter
- 1 tsp Miso Paste
- 1 TBSP Pure Maple Syrup
Instructions
1. Prepare the Vegetables
- Begin by slicing the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and adding to the base of the bowl.
- Slice the cucumbers into slices, the broccoli into bite-sized pieces, the bell peppers into slices, and the avocado into slices. Add the vegetables to the bowl.
2. Make and Add the Dressing
- Make the dressing by combining the sunflower seed butter, maple syrup, miso paste, GINGER SuperShot® and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the bowl and serve
