Sol-ti Ginger Berry Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Thick Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • ½ to 1 Bottle of Sol-ti GINGER SuperShot® (to taste)

Toppings

  • Sprouted Granola
  • Fresh Berries (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, or a mix)
  • Pumpkin Seeds

Instructions

1. Mix the base

  • Add the coconut yogurt to a bowl and stir in the maple syrup until smooth.

2. Add the ginger

  • Pour in ½ bottle of the GINGER SuperShot® and mix well. Taste and add more if you want extra ginger kick.

3. Top and serve

  • Finish with sprouted granola, fresh berries, and pumpkin seeds. Serve immediately and enjoy.
