Sol-ti Endive Turmeric Salad

Ingredients

Salad:

  • 4 Cups Spring Mix
  • 2 Endives, thinly sliced
  • ¼ Cup Pomegranate Arils
  • 3 TBSP Pumpkin Seeds

Dressing:

  • ¼ Cup Avocado Oil
  • 3 TBSP White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Bottle of Sol-ti TURMERIC SuperShot®
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Salad

  • Add the spring mix and sliced endives to a large salad bowl.

2. Make the Dressing

  • In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the avocado oil, white balsamic vinegar, and Sol-ti TURMERIC SuperShot® until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Assemble

  • Pour the dressing over the greens and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
