1. Combine the Ingredients

  • In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the frozen bananas and frozen pitaya.
  • Add the pure maple syrup and Dragon Fruit Lemon SuperStix®.

2. Blend the Mixture

  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.
  • Once the sorbet reaches a smooth consistency, transfer it to a container and freeze for 1-2 hours if you prefer a firmer texture.

3. Serve and Enjoy

  • Scoop into bowls and enjoy your vibrant, refreshing dragon fruit sorbet immediately!
