Ingredients
- 1½ Cups Sparkling Water
- 1 tsp Butterfly Pea Flower (loose flowers or powder)
- 2 tsps Pure Maple Syrup (optional)
- 2 Bottles of Sol-ti IMMUNI-TI® SuperShot®
- Lemon Slices, for garnish
Instructions
1. Make the Butterfly Pea Base:
- In a small pitcher or bowl, stir together the sparkling water, butterfly pea flower powder, and maple syrup (if using) until the powder is fully dissolved and vibrant blue.
2. Assemble the Mocktails:
- Fill two glasses with ice.
- Pour the butterfly pea mixture evenly into the glasses.
3. Create the Color-Changing Effect:
- Slowly pour one IMMUNI-TI® SuperShot®into each glass. As the citrus from the SuperShot mixes with the butterfly pea flower, the color will shift from blue to purple or pink right before your eyes.
4. Garnish and Serve:
- Add lemon slices and enjoy immediately.
