Ingredients
Salad:
- 2-3 Broccoli Crowns
- ½ Red Onion
- 3 Celery Ribs
- 1 Cup Shredded Carrots
- 2 Firm Apples (Fuji is a great variety)
- ½ Cup Dried Cranberries
- ½ Cup Raw Pecans
- ⅓ Cup Raw Sunflower Seeds

Instructions
1. Prepare the Vegetables
- Begin by preparing the vegetables. Break the broccoli crown into small pieces, finely dice the onion, dice the apple into bite-sized pieces, and slice the celery.
- Add the prepared vegetables and the dried cranberries, pecans, and sunflower seeds to a large bowl.
2. Make and Add the Dressing
- In a small bowl combine the dressing ingredients together and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until combined.
